We are searching for people to join us as glass production operators who are willing to be trained on automated machinery in a manufacturing environment. We have opportunities on our days and afternoons shifts.

You will be responsible for:
Programming, setting up, and operating machines so that products are made on time and of the correct quality and quantity.
Reading and understanding drawings of manufactured products for accurate production
Ensuring that every order is completed in full and on time.
Continuous quality checks to ensure that top quality product is produced and delivered.
Assisting with dispatching of AGP products as required
Monitoring machine faults and liaising with engineers to repair these in a timely manner.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

The successful candidate will have the following:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is not essential but would be considered an asset.
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Confidence using computers.
High attention to detail and accuracy to produce orders to required specifications.
Competence in performing basic preventative maintenance tasks.

We are looking for a self-motivated Customer Services Representative. This position plays an important part in ensuring our customers receive a premium service. On a day to day basis, you will be the first point of contact with clients, scheduling appointments, answering queries, resolving first level issues as well as undertaking general administrative tasks. You will also work closely with our technicians to ensure booking information and progress reports are up to date on all jobs.

This is a full time role, 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays.

You will be someone with high level customer service skills and you will be keen to learn the business and maintain our high standards.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Have previous experience in a Job Scheduling and/or Customer Service Centre
Possess strong communication skills including listening, telephone and written communication
Data entry and keyboard skill with speed and accuracy
Excellent attention to detail and great organisation skills
High level of computer literacy

• Use factory computer, clock on and off jobs accurately.
