What you will do:
Deliver excellent customer service to instore and online customers.
Contribute to sales growth by supporting counter operations and improving processes.
Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively and professionally.
Train and support new counter team members in systems and processes.
Ensure compliance with core policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Have strong communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively in a team.
Have experience in cash handling, including EFTPOS facilities (preferred but not essential).
