Destiny Iraia

Digital Media Lead

Destiny joined FutureForce as a digital media and graphic designer. Essentially she is our creative genius across FutureForce and other brands.

Destiny brings her passion for art and design to page builds, editing video content, character illustrations, website design, and much more.

With a keen eye for detail and a flair for innovation, she ensures that FutureForce’s online presence is not only visually striking but also user-friendly and informative.

Mary Jensen

Chief Executive and Founder

Mary (BBS AcED) has been the Chief Executive of Smart Waikato Trust since its inception in 2009. Mary has a background in regional development, business, education and communications.

Mary has implemented a number of initiatives across the Waikato, FutureForce being one of these which she founded in 2013. Her focus is bringing together employers and young people to foster employment and enterprise.

Sally Birch

Relationship Manager

Sally has been a part of FutureForce since the beginning in 2013. She uses her expertise to effectively communicate positive messaging across FutureForce platforms and other Smart Waikato initiatives.

Sallys role within FutureForce also involves maintaining connections with business leaders, educators, supporters and more.

Anna Allison

Copywriter and Admin Support

Anna has a background in farming and education and is involved in many Smart Waikato initiatives.

Anna works alongside the FutureForce team to proof read and spell check content before it is made live. She also supports the team with administration and monitors relationships.
