What you will do:
Be the first port of call for customer phone queries
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
Build sustainable relationships and engage with customers by going the extra mile
Could be for you if you:
Have great Customer Service and Selling skills
Have strong phone communication and problem-solving skills
Have up-selling and add on selling skills
Are able to build rapport with customers
