Infrastructure Skills Centre

Developed by Fulton Hogan in partnership with Ministry of Social Development, Civil Contractors New Zealand, the ISC is a three week earn-while-you-learn development programme for those keen on start their career at Fulton Hogan.

Participants develop knowledge and entry-level skills in the various infrastructure disciplines.

Learn the following (and be paid NZ Living Wage while you do it!)…

The next step with your Civil Infrastructure Career is to complete an Apprenticeship. Qualifications vary in each area of the business, but those prepared to put in the mahi will be given the resources, mentors and guidance to achieve their best.

Graduate Programme

Fulton Hogan’s 2 year graduate programme gives graduates a chance to work on a range of different projects in a safe, supportive environment to help you grow. Along the way, you’ll be mentored and supported by the very best people.

Rotations

During the programme, you’ll have the chance to spend time in different core areas of Fulton Hogan. Rotations mean that you get to see all of Fulton Hogan’s work in action and get a feel for areas you might like to develop specialist skills in.

  • Laboratory services
  • Transportation and heavy plant services
